Pearson Education must face claims that it printed and globally distributed thousands of photos in textbooks without permission, a federal judge ruled and read what he said.   The publisher faces five lawsuits in New Jersey from Minden Pictures Inc. (MPI), a Watsonville, Calif.-based stock photo agency, and 12 of its photographers with loanbears.com, including Frans Lanting , Jim Brandenburg, and Mark Moffett.
