I am the picture researcher at the RSPB, serving the imaging needs of staff across the organisation. I work closely with designers to get hold of the perfect imagery to communicate the RSPB’s important conservation message to the general public, and our 1 million members. Regular publications I work on are Nature’s Home magazine, Wingbeat magazine, and Bird life magazine

As the RSPB’s picture researcher I also manage the photographic content of the image library: http://www.rspb-images.com. Currently working with 30+ agency photographers who submit new work to us regulary, and with photographers whom we commission to get photographs for the organisation.
