Founded in London in 1990, the World Religions Photo Library is a major source for images of the world’s pre-eminent faiths: Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism and Sikhism.
As well as people practising their chosen belief, the collection features places of worship, and religious art, rites of passage, sacred foods and places of pilgrimage, religious festivals and ecclesiastic and votive objects.
